In this case, it is difficult to control the burning of elements, and gases or inclusions are more likely to enter. Therefore, vacuum smelting would be recommended. Duplex smelting combined with secondary remelting is a good way to reduce the amount of inclusions, improve the distribution of inclusions and the crystallization structure of the ingot. Electric arc, vacuum, and non vacuum induction induction furnaces are used for smelting; vacuum self-consumption and electric slag are used as the primary remelting means.
